Features of Our Business Pages...

Below contains detailed information for admin and members with regards to managing and interacting with our business pages.

Mental Health Organisation Advertising & Packages

Our Mental Health Organisation Packages

Prior to creating a Mental Health Organisation, admin must select a package. We will always offer a free package for Mental Health Organisations. We do, however, offer premium packages for those group administrators that require more options. For example, we offer a 5-day spotlight package, and a 5 day featured Mental Health Organisation package. In both cases, Mental Health Organisations will be displayed more prominently across the community, but mainly in the Mental Health Organisations home and browse pages, as well as on the main homepage.

Spotlight means that Mental Health Organisations are shown on the Mental Health Organisations home page and in the sidebars on the Browse Mental Health Organisations page. A slider also appears above our Mental Health Organisation listings. All members will view these spotlight groups as they have to scroll down to view the available Mental Health Organisations.

Featured means that Mental Health Organisations are shown on the homepage (though in a second tab which members must click on to view) and in the sidebars on the browse Mental Health Organisations page.

Advertising a Mental Health Organisation

Only Mental Health Organisation admin may advertise their Mental Health Organisation. Advertising can be done via the Mental Health Organisation profile. There, admin will be able to see a 'Sample Ad', under which they have the option to create an ad. Members may also create an ad via our advertising pages. We advise group admin to view those pages for more information prior to creating an ad.

Advertisements on Mental Health Organisations

Advertisements appear on all Mental Health Organisation tabs. We can offer an option where admin can pay for a package that doesn't show ads. We do not offer this currently, however, should there be interest (please contact us), we will create a paid package for this.

Mental Health Organisation Information

Description, Tags & Profile Fields

Description

It's important for admin to describe what and who the Mental Health Organisation Page is for. The description does not need to be long at all as it should succinctly describe the Mental Health Organisation in a few sentences that members can read on the Browse Mental Health Organisations page.

Tags

Tags should be added which fully describe the Mental Health Organisation. If you have browsed our community, you will know of popular tags. You may create a movement by creating your own tag which you should encourage Mental Health Organisation members to use in their community listings. On the homepage, if it is popular, it will trend and members will be able to click to view all content under that tag.

Profile Fields

There are profile fields which may differ depending on the category selected. Important field include whether the Mental Health Organisation is an online Mental Health Organisation, or an online and meetup Mental Health Organisation. Members may want real life contact and so it's important to add whether you provide this.

Location

Mental Health Organisation admin may choose whether to add a location to their Mental Health Organisation. This is important for 'online and meetup' Mental Health Organisations, as it informs members of what Mental Health Organisations are close to them. A specific location need not be added, Mental Health Organisation admin may just state their borough or city, but boroughs are best due to the size of our cities, members would prefer to see who is closest to their area).

We advise online only Mental Health Organisations to not add a location, as registered members may become confused if they believe it is for meetups. Should you become a meetup Mental Health Organisation, you may enter a location at any time in your dashboard. Note, multiple locations may be added to Mental Health Organisations.

Privacy

Depending on your chosen package, listings and media can be added to your Mental Health Organisation profile page. When creating a Mental Health Organisation, admin can select privacy options as to who can post listings and media to their Mental Health Organisation.

Other Options

Allowing Members to Join a Mental Health Organisation

Or admin may want to enable the 'approve member' option, so members may click 'join', but admin needs to approve their membership.

Should I Write a Resource or Note?

Let me give you an example of a Mental Health Organisation I created, 'Adult Ballet Lovers with a Mental Illness'. I wanted to write about how much classes were. As a resource, this wouldn't help our members with mental health issues in any way, so it was written as a note. I wanted to write an article entitled, 'How Adult Ballet Classes Can Aid Mental Health'. This would be beneficial for all members to read and is relevant to mental health, mental illness and mental wellbeing and thus, this was written as a resource.

Please think, 'Does this article have anything to do with aiding members mental health, mental illness and mental wellbeing?' If not, it would be best to write a note for your Mental Health Organisation. If yes, please write a resource that will be available to everyone.

What are Polls?

Polls added by all Mental Health Organisations may be viewed by clicking the 'Polls' menu link found on most pages of 'Mental Health Organisations'.

What are Offers?

Offers added by all Mental Health Organisations may be viewed by clicking the 'Offers' menu link found on most pages of 'Mental Health Organisations'.

What are Reviews?

Reviews can be added by Mental Health Organisation members for a Mental Health Organisation. They provide the community with insight as to how beneficial the Mental Health Organisation is and hopefully, encouraging them to join. But unfortunately, they may be used to expose admin to e.g. limited posted, irrelevant posting etc. We suggest you remain open and transparent with your Mental Health Organisation page members. Let them know your posting schedule, only post things that are relevant and encourage your members to do the same.

Admin, and those allowed to post listings to a Mental Health Organisation may also click the appropriate listings tab from the Mental Health Organisation profile. Once a listing is created using this link on the Mental Health Organisation profile page, a 'Mental Health Organisations' tab will appear on that listing profile, linking back to the Mental Health Organisation where that listing was posted from.

Searching through Listings

Within each tab, there is an option to search listings. Registered members may type in a keyword(s) and listings that match that keyword(s) will appear.
