Were it not for our downfalls, would we grow?

We may call our downfalls our enemies but sometimes it is through your enemies that you grow.

Did you know that the majority of growth in flowers occur in the night time? In the night, their growth is regulated. For example, We all know that flowers need sunlight, but from this parallel, we can see that the dark night for us is where we expand our consciousness and grow into who we are supposed to be.

How would we know who we were if it were not for 'dark nights' of the sou, how could we truly know we are kind at the core were it not for someone testing us in our weakest moments and still being able to display our kindness?

How would we know we were strong and that we had fortitude were it not for those wanting to weaken us and us prevailing their intentions?

So remember, downfalls are not negative or bad, please remember that.

Think, 'how can I use this to my advantage?'.

Think, 'What can I gain from this?'

I'm sure you will find something to cling onto and you will indeed grow and develop from your downfalls.

Let them not be in vain.
